What is this place?
My name is Glen. I am a 36 year old married father of 2. I have struggled with my weight most of my adult life. I always found there was a large gap between the food I want to eat and the food I should eat. This made diets unsatisfying and hard to maintain in the long term.
I eventually started to learn about the calorie in - calorie out method of controlling weight and used that to learn how to prepare and cook food I actually wanted to eat that still helped me meet my weight goals.
I lost 35kgs over 12 months eating food I loved and friends and family couldn’t believe it. Now, I want to share what I’ve learned with the world one recipe at a time. I want to show that you can eat almost any food you want, as long as you understand the right quantities and stick to what your body needs.
